Comprehensive need analysis determines the learning needs of individuals and the organisation at large.

Demonstration/Modeling: The new strategies/skills should be demonstrated, preferably in context
Practice: Set targets for implementation and provide sufficient opportunity to practice
Coaching: Everyone needs feedback. Peer coaching or specialised coaches within the organisation provide meaningful feedback and guidance
Reflection: A reflective organisation reflects on the impact of new learning and either extend the practice or make changes where needed.
